On 15 April, at the Molo 9/12 restaurant in the heart of the Garbatella district, we enthusiastically unveiled FRES.CO, the new line of seafood semi-prepared products by Sea Master.

A special event attended by buyers, stakeholders, restaurateurs and friends, a unique opportunity to tell of our evolution and our commitment to bring quality and innovation to the world of fish processing.

The menu guided guests on a tasting journey that highlighted the versatility and quality of the FRES.CO line: from the aperitif with swordfish, squid and cod meatballs, to the main course, the seafood board with tuna, swordfish, squid and salmon burgers, all 100% FRES.CO.

Simple dishes, but with attention to detail, designed to demonstrate how even ready-made products can be the protagonists of a concrete, high quality cuisine.

The evening was also a moment of discussion and inspiration, where the common desire to innovate while respecting tradition emerged strongly. Amidst smiles, toasts and shared dishes, we talked about not only a new product, but a vision: that of a more accessible, sustainable and modern seafood.
